My name is Mohammed, and I am an engineering graduate with an Integrated Master’s degree in Automotive and Motorsport Engineering from the University of Huddersfield. I have a strong academic background in mathematics, physics, mechanical engineering and related technical subjects. I enjoy helping students understand difficult topics by explaining them in a clear, patient and practical way.

My lessons are designed around the individual needs of each student. At the beginning, I normally discuss the student’s current level, areas of difficulty, learning goals and any upcoming examinations or assignments. This allows me to prepare lessons that are suitable for their ability and preferred learning style. Every student learns differently, so I adjust the pace and teaching method accordingly.

A typical lesson begins with a brief review of the previous topic, followed by a clear explanation of the new material. I break complicated ideas into smaller and more manageable steps, using diagrams, examples, calculations and real-life applications whenever possible. After explaining the topic, I work through practice questions with the student before allowing them to attempt similar questions independently. We then review their answers, identify any mistakes and discuss how they can improve.

My lessons are interactive rather than lecture-based. Students are encouraged to ask questions at any point, explain their own understanding and participate actively in solving problems. I aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, as mistakes are an important part of learning.

My engineering education has provided me with extensive experience in technical calculations, problem-solving, report writing, research, data analysis and the practical application of scientific principles. I can also help students develop better revision techniques, examination strategies and confidence when answering questions.
