As a PE/PT tutor, I bring high energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping students enjoy physical activity while developing their skills and confidence. I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate, challenge themselves, and improve their overall fitness and wellbeing.

I am highly flexible in my teaching approach and adapt each session to suit the individual needs, abilities, and goals of my students. Whether focusing on fundamental movement skills, sports techniques, or general fitness, I ensure lessons are engaging, structured, and tailored to help every student progress at their own pace.

I also align my sessions with the Physical Education framework outlined in the National Curriculum, ensuring that students develop key skills such as coordination, balance, teamwork, and strategic understanding through a range of activities. By incorporating these curriculum principles, I support students not only in improving their physical performance but also in building the knowledge and confidence expected within their school PE learning.

My aim is not only to improve physical ability but also to encourage teamwork, resilience, and a lifelong appreciation for staying active. Through enthusiasm, encouragement, and adaptability, I work to make every session both enjoyable and beneficial for my students.
