My lessons are designed to be supportive, engaging, and tailored to the individual needs of each student. I believe that learning works best when the student feels comfortable and confident, so I create a relaxed but focused environment where questions are always encouraged.
At the beginning of our time together, I take time to understand the areas you feel confident in and the topics that may need more attention. Lessons usually follow a clear structure: a short recap of previous material, an explanation of new content, followed by guided practice and independent problem solving. This approach allows students to build a strong foundation while steadily developing the ability to apply their knowledge.
I use a mixture of resources, from worksheets and textbooks to interactive activities and past exam-style questions. This variety helps keep lessons interesting and ensures students are well prepared for assessments. I aim to break down complex ideas into simple, manageable steps so that progress feels achievable and motivating.
My experience includes tutoring students at Key Stage 2 and 3 in Maths, English, and Science, as well as supporting GCSE students in English and Science. Through this work I have helped learners improve their understanding, develop effective study habits, and gain confidence in their abilities.
Ultimately, my lessons are about building knowledge, encouraging curiosity, and helping students achieve their goals at a pace that suits them.
