I would try my best to keep it as simple as I can while making sure to just modify their diet with whatever they've been eating since years so as to keep it sustainable. I would suggest my students to purchase a weighing scale and a food scale. I would not only guide them on how to stay fit and healthy but also teach them to do it on their own for their lifetime. I would teach them on how to prepare flexible fitness plans based on their daily schedule. I would teach them on how to use apps to track their nutrition and workouts.
