My lessons are relaxed, clear and focused on what the student needs. I start by finding out which topics they are confident with and which areas they find difficult. We then work through the topic step by step, with clear explanations and examples before moving on to practice questions.

I use a mix of worked examples, exam-style questions and past-paper practice to help students understand the method and apply it under exam conditions. I encourage students to ask questions and explain their thinking so I can identify where they need more support.

I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths and currently study A Level Maths and Further Maths. I also have experience supporting other students through my role as an academic mentor at school. My aim is to make maths easier to understand while helping students become more confident and independent.
