I believe that teaching is an art of promoting intellectual growth in an individual. So, teaching Mathematics is to promote and encourage the learners how to manipulate the fundamental rules and methods to solve mathematical problems.

I am a graduate of Business and Economics. I am very much fond of teaching Mathematics because it can solve problems with logic. Currently I am working as a trainee maths teacher in of one of the FE colleges, teaching GCSE Mathematics to post 16 students.

I love to create an inclusive learning and teaching environment where my students will be taught after an initial assessment to assess their depth of knowledge. Then my exam focussed lesson plan will be prepared according to the individual student needs. This will boost the confidence of the learner within two to three lessons. The delivery of lesson will be interactive by using whiteboard and google documents. So regular feedback will be provided for every assessment and homework.
Being a Voluntary teacher in a Supplementary school, I had a good reputation of teaching Mathematics in Primary and Secondary level and managing classroom environment with different age groups. I was able to maintain almost 94% attendance of pupil with 90% success report.
