I use a different way of teaching. I have met or seen tutors who teach the students in a different way my way of teaching is that i first understand the student i am teaching to what type of individual the student is if he likes to have a break between the teaching time or he wants to talk to me about worldly affairs Create a bond with me i indulge in all those things and try to understand the student first before teaching him and then according to the student i plan my teaching style. I used to teach a child who had many private tutors in the past but nobody was capable enough to teach him because he wouldn't sit with anyone he always likes to play. So his parents kept on changing the tutors so i was given to teach him and at beginning I gave sometime to understand him whenever I used to go to teach him he used to run to the other room to play. So i made my classes a bit longer and used to give him break to play for half an hour if he does all his work properly and every weekend i promised him to take him to the park and we'll play some sports if he performs well in his school . So the child created a bond with me and he started performing well in the school and his parents were really happy for him and i was also proud of my student.
