My experience as an educator includes, developing curriculum, facilitating engaging classroom dynamics, and mentoring students to achieve their academic and professional goals. In my previous role as a lecturer at the University of Bedfordshire, I successfully implemented innovative teaching strategies that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.I am self-motivated, hard-working, committed, and professional employee who feels most comfortable in a role whereby pressure is very much part of everyday working life. My enthusiasm, commitment integrity and respect for all people and culture, are personal attributes that puts me in a better position to broaden my areas of expertise and knowledge. For example, i have a wealth of experience of teaching and presentation of new ideas to large and small groups of students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Vast experience in student support for further or higher education, experience of developing academic work, including unit development, in class and online teaching and supervising dissertation. Prepare Materials for Lectures and lectures, In Class and Online for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students, Dissertations Supervision for undergraduate and post graduate students.
Attending staff meetings and training. Conduct seminars, marking and moderating papers for undergraduate and post graduate students, including dissertations. Some of the Units I lecture include postgraduate, Intercultural Business Competence, Brand Communication/ Reputation Management, International Relations, Peace Keeping/Security. Undergraduate units include Intercultural Management in Business, Intercultural Management In Tourism, Continuing Professional Development.
