My sessions are built around you, your goals, your pace, and where you want to go.
We start by getting clarity on what you actually want from your career. Not just the next step, but the bigger picture: what kind of work energises you, what kind of leader you want to become, and what is standing between you and that. By the end of our first session, you will have a clear picture of your direction and a short list of concrete actions to move toward it.
For students interested in technology, I bring 25+ years of experience as a Chief Product and Technology Officer. I will help you understand exactly what a career in tech looks like at different levels, which skills employers actually value, and how to start building a profile that gets you noticed. Students I have worked with have left with a clearer career target, a stronger story about themselves, and a practical plan to get there.
We then work on the leadership and professional skills that accelerate progression: how to communicate with authority, how to think and present strategically, and how to lead a project, a team, or a high-stakes conversation. These are not soft skills. They are the difference between being competent and being promoted.
We also build real AI capability. By the end of our sessions together, you will know how to use AI tools to do your work faster, produce better outputs, and stand out in a job market where most candidates do not yet know how to use these tools well. That is a genuine competitive advantage, and it is one you will leave with.
Sessions are conversational and direct. You will finish each one knowing exactly what to do next and why it matters.
