I've always tried to support others as much as I can and think of strategies.
Working for a corporate businesses and I've had professional training, trainers come in and train us, I've always felt very uplifted. And I think it's just something as an empathic person that I would really like to pursue.
Creating strategies and being an empathic person and really gain to understand the students needs, weaknesses and help combat that and create a good learning background and stable foundation for them.
I've had the opportunity in my industry, worked in the fashion industry, to work with lots of people from lots of different backgrounds as well.
I feel that understanding people and really working with their needs is the key. I've always had a very good relationship from the CEO down to the cleaner.
I always treated everyone with the same respect. I do believe that is the way that everything should happen. I do believe that is a key to being successful.
Since having my little boy, I really now want to work with helping people using my life and work on my experience.
I'm a single mom, so like working part time would be ideal. Giving support, and using my people skills and empathic side, which I've really engage since having the child.
