Hi, I’m Miss Chloe-Ella Willcox. I offer flexible online autism support and creative mentoring for autistic and neurodivergent learners, as well as people with learning disabilities or additional needs.
I have lived experience of autism, years of SEND experience, and a BA degree in Creative Digital and Graphic Design. My support is based on lived experience, creativity, patience and understanding, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
My sessions are calm, flexible and person-centred. I adapt each session around the learner’s interests, communication style, energy levels and support needs. Sessions may include creative tasks, confidence building, self-advocacy, communication support, visual learning, understanding autism, and exploring what helps the learner feel more comfortable and understood.
I can also support learners through art, design, storytelling, portfolio ideas and creative problem-solving. This can be helpful for learners who find traditional tutoring stressful but enjoy practical or visual learning.
I am also open to supporting workplaces, offices and staff teams who would like to better understand autism, neurodiversity and inclusive communication from a lived-experience perspective.
My aim is to create a safe, patient and understanding space where learners feel listened to, respected and encouraged. I work gently and at the learner’s pace, with sessions shaped around what feels realistic and supportive for them.
