I am a First-Class Honours Psychology graduate from the University of Edinburgh and a certified Mental Health Coach through the Private Therapy Clinic in London. Over the past two years, I have gained extensive experience working one-to-one with clients, supporting a range of mental health challenges using integrative approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Somatic techniques (as my expertise is working with body-based approaches to release trauma trapped in the body). This has strengthened my ability to build trust, work collaboratively, and tailor support to each individual’s needs and goals.
Alongside this, I have worked closely with young people as a school teacher in France and as a Head Mentor, supporting students both academically and emotionally. These roles allowed me to work with students from diverse backgrounds and across different age groups, strengthening my ability to communicate clearly, remain patient, and create a safe, structured environment where individuals feel understood and supported. I have also developed strong interpersonal skills in guiding students through challenges and helping them build self-belief and emotional resilience.
My clinical and research experience, including work at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and in an autism research lab, has further equipped me to support individuals with diverse needs. These experiences have enhanced my ability to remain calm under pressure, recognise underlying difficulties, and adapt my approach sensitively.
I understand how challenging life transitions can be for students navigating growth and change, which is why I feel so passionate about supporting them. I offer sessions both online and in person, and I am comfortable working with students of all ages. My approach is calm, relatable, and non-judgemental, focusing on listening closely to each individual’s needs. I aim to psychoeducate students about their thoughts and emotions while equipping them with practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and personal challenges. My goal is to empower students to better understand themselves, develop resilience, and move forward with clarity and self-assurance.
I am deeply passionate about helping students find their own light at the end of the tunnel and supporting them in building a stronger sense of self.
