From there, I introduce focused concepts related to nutrition, stress management, metabolic health, or daily routines, and translate them into small, achievable steps you can start using right away. Lessons are interactive rather than lecture-based, encouraging questions, reflection, and real-life application, so you feel confident implementing what you learn.
