With more than ten years of English teaching experience, I can help you to feel confident and fluent in English and I can support you to achieve your language goals.

My name is Miriam, I am from Oxford, U.K., and have worked as an English teacher since 2007. I'm a highly experienced, enthusiastic, and patient teacher and I really love teaching English. It is my passion and I strive to pass that passion on to my students.

I offer classes online via Zoom. My classes are communicative in style, focusing on building confidence, fluency, and accuracy. I help my students to develop excellent grammar, a very strong range of vocabulary, and great pronunciation. My classes are bespoke, tailored to the particular needs and interests that you have and designed to support you with your particular language challenges. I am proud to say that my students consistently make great progress and give great feedback on my teaching.

I have a bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Sheffield and the University of Bristol. I have worked for a number of reputable companies as an English teacher (Berlitz, Airbus, Lidl, and Gazprom, for example) and I have taught in both online and classroom contexts.

I offer general English, business English, exam tuition (IELTS, CAE, FCE, GCSE, iGCSE), and entrance exam tuition to students of any age, level, and language background.
