I can help students with key study skills and future career motivations, as I bring almost three years' experience helping students manage academic pressure, build better habits, and grow in confidence. I currently work as an Academic Support Worker for university students, including those with disabilities, and as a Learning Support Assistant, supporting students' routines and wellbeing at different schools and nurseries. Alongside this hands-on experience, I hold a First-Class BA (Hons) in Business Management and an MBA with Distinction, so I bring a genuine, current understanding of what studying actually demands, not just theory.

My lessons are personalised from the start. In our first session, I take time to understand what's actually getting in your way, whether that's disorganisation, low motivation, exam stress, or simply not knowing where to begin, and we build a plan around that together, rather than following a one-size-fits-all programme.

From there, we work on practical, lasting skills: breaking down overwhelming workloads into manageable steps, building a realistic study schedule you'll actually stick to, note-taking and revision techniques that suit how you learn best, and simple strategies to manage stress and stay motivated when things get tough. I also spend time on mindset, helping you build the kind of quiet confidence that comes from having a plan and knowing how to follow it.

Sessions are relaxed and conversational rather than lecture-style. I listen first, explain clearly, and check in regularly to make sure things are actually working for you, adjusting as we go. Whether you're preparing for exams, starting university, or just feeling stuck and unsure how to get back on track, I'd love to help you get there.
