I am a motivated GCSE student with a strong understanding of Maths and a genuine passion for helping primary school children learn and succeed. I believe that Maths should be enjoyable, confidence-building, and easy to understand, especially at a young age. My lessons are well-structured but fun and engaging. I start by understanding the student’s current level and identifying any areas they find difficult. From there, I explain topics step by step using simple language, clear examples, and visual methods where helpful. I make sure students feel comfortable asking questions and never feel rushed or judged. Each lesson is personalised to suit the child’s learning style and pace. I use practice questions, interactive activities, and small challenges to help reinforce understanding and build confidence. I also regularly review previous topics to make sure knowledge is secure before moving on. I am patient, encouraging, and supportive, and I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel proud of their progress. As someone currently studying for GCSEs, I understand how important strong foundations in Maths are and can relate well to young learners. My goal is to help primary school students improve their Maths skills, gain confidence, and develop a positive attitude towards learning.
