I am a motivated and empathetic university student with a genuine interest in student wellbeing, personal growth, and motivation. My sessions are designed to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where students feel comfortable talking openly about challenges they may be facing in their academic or personal lives.
My lessons are structured but flexible, depending on each student’s needs. I focus on guided conversations, goal setting, and practical strategies that students can apply immediately. This may include improving study habits, managing stress and anxiety, building confidence, developing motivation, or learning effective time-management and organisational skills. I aim to help students better understand themselves, their strengths, and how to approach challenges in a positive and manageable way.
As a student myself, I understand the pressures of academic life and can relate closely to the experiences of school and university students. I use a calm, encouraging, and patient approach, helping students break problems down into smaller, achievable steps. Sessions are interactive and reflective, allowing students to feel heard while also working towards clear outcomes.
My goal is not to “tell” students what to do, but to support them in finding solutions that work for them. I believe confidence and motivation grow when students feel supported, understood, and empowered. Whether a student is struggling with stress, confidence, focus, or balance, I aim to provide encouragement, structure, and practical guidance to help them move forward positively.
