Mina Alavi

My lessons are interactive, engaging, practical, and tailored to each student’s goals and learning needs. I combine academic knowledge with real-world business experience to make learning meaningful and applicable.

With an MBA, current DBA research, and university-level teaching experience, I have taught Business Management, Strategic Management, Marketing, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship.

My teaching approach combines clear explanations, real-world case studies, practical exercises, discussions, and project-based learning. I encourage critical thinking, creativity, and active participation rather than simply memorising theories.

As a former university lecturer, I supervised over 60 postgraduate business plans, contributing to the launch of approximately 60 start-ups. I also bring valuable industry experience as a Founder and CEO, management consultant, and business mentor.

My ultimate goal is to help students build practical knowledge, develop strategic thinking and leadership skills, and gain the confidence to turn their ideas into real-world achievements.
