My experience: I have completed two years of midwifery, studying at university in Oxford. Due to this, I have an in depth understanding of biology, anatomy and physiology, psychology, sociology as well as more abstract subject areas such as mental health awareness. This experience has been gained through lessons, independent study and practical placement where I have worked alongside some of the best midwives at the John Radcliffe hospital, in Oxford. I studied Health and Social care at Peter Symomnds sixth form, achieving D*DD. This is where my passion for science predominantly stems from. I have lots of experience working with students with additional needs, from teaching in a classroom, to working alongside them and advocating for individuals in a hospital environment, to even teaching many individuals how to ski! I have been teaching to a degree for roughly 5 years which has allowed me to thoroughly develop essential skills needed to convey information effectively and appropriately to the individual learner.
