I like to teach people in a friendly approachable way to help clients/students to feel at ease and comfortable.
I listen to the needs of each indiviual and what their goals and potential barriers are. I then like to work as a team together to support and encourage clients/students to keep going and to do what it takes to achieve success.
After getting to know a persons goals, I then create individual programmes to meet the needs of each person and help them to see that their goals are achievable.
I celebrate success and help motivate people through any low points. Setting realistic and ahievable goals is the key to help keep clients on track.
Mental strength and resilience and helping to create a positive working relationship is essential and something I try to create with everyone I work with.
Giving explanations as to why something is being done and what the outcomes will be.
Positive reinforcement throughout.
