Over the last 30+ years I have worked for a range of companies from Estée Lauder, Chanel and Dior in frontline customer facing roles to management and HR. I have also worked with many companies delivering a range of training courses for their staff. I have worked as a Tutor in a prison and have managed a Charity shop (I ate so much cake there!)
My courses are fun with plenty of stories and scenarios so that you can relate them to the workplace. I cover many areas including how to deal with customer situations/complaints to using the phone in business and how to time plan. My courses are great for those just starting out in the world of work to give you the confidence and drive you need to stand out. They are also great for those needing a refresher. I use the trusted PowerPoint and some role play if student’s are comfortable with it.
I enjoy passing on my experiences and knowledge and believe that learning should always be fun and not a chore. You can read all the books and take all the exams but experience is always a winner at work and that’s what I teach about - 30 years experience with every type of customer and every type of scenario, some will make you laugh and some will make you cry but all of them you will remember.
