I ensure my students leave the lesson understandi g what I've taught. I take nothing for granted, I start teach from the basics and build from there. I use different pkatfirms and formats when teaching- visual to ensure understanding then move to abstract if required. I chunck content abd scaffold model answers. Students have an opportunity to practise in the session and are also given homework to helo consoludate.
