I am an Aeronautical Engineering Student at Imperial College London, on track for a first-class honours degree. I have achieved A*s in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and an A in Further Maths and the EPQ, with extensive knowledge about admissions tests such as the ESAT, MAT, TMUA, and the PAT. I have over 4 years of experience in tutoring, from primary school children to A-level students to university admissions students. I also have a basic DBS certificate.
My lessons are usually hosted online via video call, and notes are shared across either Pencil Space or GoodNotes. All my lessons are individually tailored to students to best suit their needs. For students in the learning phase, I focus on delivering content in an easy-to-understand and digestible way with increasingly challenging homework. For students already in the exam preparation phase, the lesson is tailored to include more practice questions and deep explanations of the solutions. The practice questions then gradually increase in difficulty and level of understanding until the exam date. For students wanting a more holistic development for university admissions, for example, I will give extracurricular advice on personal statements, the best research and work experience, and what sort of activities to partake in to drastically increase chances of admission.
I believe that whether a student succeeds or not is ultimately up to them and their willingness to learn. I am there as a helping aid to motivate, teach, and guide students on the most optimal path to achieve their goals and academic success.
