As a current student I understand the revision techniques and tips which have been beneficial to my academic success. I try and implement these in my sessions ensuring maximum efficiency and retention when learning new topics and answering questions. Its also important to ensure you are having fun when learning, as this ultimately will result in a greater performance. So i try my best to make the lessons as interactive and interesting as possible, giving real life examples and tips wherever I can. Also, the fact that I am still young, I think will give me the chance to have a good connection with the students as I am very approachable and not at all intimidating, meaning my students can ask me questions whenever they feel necessary. I believe in repetition and answering all possible types of questions Which could possibly come up in an exam situation, as the more things you have an understanding of before entering a test, the more comfortable you will feel when starting that test. I believe the best way to help a student excel is to make them confident in the subject and to also fond a way to enjoy it. This worked for me and helped me perform very well in my own exams so I also try and reflect that onto students. I have had previous experience in tuition, teaching mathematics at a GCSE level, this was a very fun and fulfilling experience. I aim to continue this and help students to achieve top grades.
