Having interacted with a large number of people who want to master English as a second or third language, it is easier to know why there is demand and desire to learn the language. However, understanding and the ability to use it remains the difficult part. As a tutor with English being my second language, I understand the effort and the finesse required to translate thoughts in your heart (from mother tongue) to the English world.
Although it may seem amazing to have a native English speaker to learn English from, I have realised that being a native user of the language is different from having it formally built to match the level of Royal perfection ( The BBC or the typical English movies type of language). This is because most users of English Language in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland do speak English how they want them and not according to the grammar learned in schools. So a fluent user of English outside the United Kingdom would still find it difficult to communicate not because he she or they are not With the skills, but because most native users do not adhere to the rules. For example, more than 80% of the people in England say, “you was or they was”, when it is globally known to be a wrong concord (subject verb agreement).
Understanding native speakers and alien speakers, and bridging the differences is my major strength in providing the best support for individuals who need their English Polished.
