TOP TIP - Stress is just your body and mind telling you that what you're doing or thinking isn't good for you and you must find another way forward.
Fear of change can stop anyone in their tracks, even the top athletes, but when you understand that fear is just your body's way of protecting itself and what it's protecting you from isn't always right, we can move forward quickly, overcoming fear. I use an NLP technique called Reframing to help clients overcome their challenges.
My clients have to have to want to be coached and have an open mind to learning new strategies and techniques because without that need or desire for change, you won't be able to allow yourself the best chance to find success.
