Level 1 - Set up and teach on AQA Level 1 Business for Life and Introduction to Business Awards.
Level 2 - Taught business/ organisations on various courses such as BTEC Level 2 in Animal Management – Business and project modules/ BTEC Teams and groups. Currently set up and teach on C & G Level 2 Principles of Business and Administration. All materials created and uploaded to Canvas VLE. Gained DCS 2022.
Created online OCR Level 2 College Orientation as a consultancy project summer 2020. Online course is live and utilised on Canvas.
Level 3 – Set up and co-ordinated CHRP courses. That 10 years experience includes teaching, pastoral care. DEP/PRM/DEL/MER. Taught on various CMI Modules on Managing People. Currently setting up Level 3 Award and Certificate in Leadership and Management.
Level 4/5 - Experience in HND/ HNC where I taught on the following modules:
Business Strategy/ HRM/ HRD/ Marketing/ Organisational Behaviour.
Level 5/6 - Degree level in: CIPD/ HRM Modules e.g. Employee resourcing/ Strategic HRM/ Strategic HRD; Graduate enterprise; Marketing; Strategic Marketing Planning; Strategic Management; Organisational Behaviour; People and Organisations; Preparation for Work; Critical Management.
Co-ordinated Bangor LJMU Degree – full and part-time in Business studies Taught on all HRM Modules for LJMU Degree. Degree Dissertation Tutor for 10 years managing 6 students per year. Year Tutor which involved all aspects of support including drawing up PEEPs, invigilation, supporting students with various disabilities or with general queries and issues e.g. financial support etc.

Level 7 – Taught on MSc HRM at UU in units covering inter alia: Stress/ Leadership/ Motivation/ Performance Management/L & D/ Involvement etc.
