The first few lessons are a mixture of explaining any topics that you have in mind while also moving towards discovering the most effective way that you learn. My intention is to get you to the highest level of understanding and to give you the tools to best prepare you for not just exams, but for the proper usage of your knowledge.

I have a year of experience with tutoring and in that time have raised the grades of every single one of my students, even moving a couple from foundation to higher. I also have experience tutoring at A-level and beyond.

My background is physics, which I have a Masters degree in and computer science which was my career for a number of years. Both of these have given me an insight into the real world use of Maths as well as the parts of it that are fundamental to many other subjects.

If you want to study Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer science or pure Maths I will be able to give you a strong foundation to build off for the future. And if you need to learn maths for work or you are a manager looking for someone to provide that learning opportunity for people on your team, I can be the one to provide that service to give them the exact knowledge that they need.

I dont believe in tough learning as it stifles proper growth, instead preferring more of a guiding approach to give you the tools and confidence needed to better your own knowledge.
