My primary English lessons are fun, supportive, and carefully structured to meet each child’s individual needs. I focus on building strong foundations in reading, writing, spelling, and grammar, while also encouraging confidence and creativity with language. Lessons typically include a mix of interactive activities, phonics work, reading comprehension, and writing practice—all tailored to your child's age and learning style.

Each session is engaging, goal-focused, and ends with a quick review so we can track progress together. I also provide optional homework or reading suggestions to reinforce skills between lessons.

I’ve worked with children of all abilities for almost a year, including those needing extra help and those looking to be stretched further. Whether your child is preparing for KS1 / KS2 assessments, catching up, or simply building confidence, I aim to make learning enjoyable and effective.

I believe that every child learns best when they feel encouraged and understood, so I always create a warm, positive atmosphere where students feel comfortable to ask questions and make mistakes. I adapt each lesson to match the student's pace, interests, and goals, using a variety of resources such as stories, games, visual aids, and writing prompts to keep sessions lively and engaging.

I also stay in close communication with parents and carers, offering feedback after each session to ensure everyone is informed and involved in the learning journey. My goal is not just to improve academic skills, but to help students develop a life long love of reading, writing, and learning in general.
