I'm a passionate teacher and embrace learner's centred method for instance ; question and answer or random assessment test ,while teaching as this enhances the understanding of the student to the concept at hand . My experience as a teacher is that when handling students I understand that they have different abilities .This is in terms of their understanding, learning methodology and also behavior.Having this in mind I am able to cope with learners of all calibers.
