Hello! My name is Mercy. I am a dedicated Online English tutor. I am TEFL certified and i am passionate about helping learners improve their reading, writing, speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and overall communication skills.
My lessons are interactive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s learning needs and goals. I believe that every learner is unique, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit different learning styles, ages, and ability levels. Whether a student needs support with schoolwork, grammar, reading comprehension, pronunciation, writing, conversational English, or upcoming exams, I create a supportive environment where learning feels enjoyable and productive because i believe learning should be fun.
During lessons, I use a combination of guided practice, discussions, reading activities, games, visual materials, and regular feedback to keep students actively involved. I encourage active participation and build confidence by breaking complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps.
I have experience teaching children and young learners online, helping them strengthen their English skills, improve academic performance, and become more confident English communicators. My lessons focus not only on understanding English but also on applying it effectively in real-life situations.
I love meeting new people all over the world and learning about their cultures. Moreover, I am funny, jovial, patient, encouraging, and committed to helping every student make steady progress. My goal is to create lessons that are both educational and enjoyable, ensuring that learners feel motivated and supported throughout their learning journey.
