Mengtong Che

As a teacher, I am passionate about teaching and enjoy working with students. My lessons are engaging and interactive, using warm-up games and storytelling to capture students' attention and relate subject-specific knowledge. I also use quick tests to check for understanding and promote a mastery approach to teaching and learning. I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Years Education, which provides me with a broad-based understanding of education and extensive pedagogical knowledge to help students discover their strengths and reach their full potential. Currently, I am studying for a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education at UCL, which has improved my critical and creative thinking skills and reinforced my practise abilities in real classes. I possess extensive subject knowledge in Chinese, and I believe that my knowledge and experience will help me reach the high expectations of being a qualified teacher of Chinese.
