Melissa Clare Mundie

Hello potential students! My name is Melissa, and I'm here to guide you on your learning journey as your tutor. I'm based in the beautiful city of Glasgow, Scotland, and I bring a diverse background of knowledge with a degree in Social Science from The University of Glasgow.

Having studied various subjects such as sociology, anthropology, criminology, history, psychology, and data science, I have a broad academic base that allows me to help you with numerous different topics. Over the past 1-2 years, I've honed my tutoring and teaching skills, making complex ideas easy to understand and helping students achieve their learning goals.

In my lessons, we'll adopt task-based approach. I strongly believe in the effectiveness of this style of learning, as it encourages exploration and curiosity while allowing lessons to be tailored to your interests. Whether your passion lies in art, science, music, literature, or beyond, our lessons will dive deep into these subjects, making learning a more personalised and engaging experience.

Outside of teaching, I am a globetrotter and an avid reader. Having explored more than 20 countries, each contributing to my life with new experiences, I bring a worldly perspective to my lessons. I also enjoy nature, learning about different cultures and languages, which further enriches my teaching.
