I have worked within primary schools as a TA and taking classes as a HLTA for over 12 years, so I have the experience of working with a variety of children from SEN, challenging behaviour and so on. So I'm aware of the need of different teaching stratergies such as teaching in for short times, giving them time to process what has been taught, using rhymes and visuals aswel as offering lots of praise. To aid with concentration and paticipation, in happy to include their favourite characters etc into lessons, even including them onto worksheets.
