I have tutored peers, younger siblings, and am currently completed my Bachelor's degree with a minor in writing. Suffice to say, I have a lot of experience with it. I'm even working on publishing my first book soon.
Depending on your need, the lesson will be adapted. But we can work through basic curriculum and advance slowly, or if you pick up some things quicker, then we can move on. With English, the best ways to learn are through repetition, essay writing, reading comprehension, and evaluating different pieces of text. As well as through communicating of course!
I can also teach math and sciences (including chemistry and biology) at the high school level. My degree has a major in Human Biology, so I am well-versed in the sciences.
As with English, repetition and comprehension is key. First, I will tutor you in the basics, so you understand the fundamentals. Then we can move onto practice questions and work on those again and again. With biology, the most important part is understanding the concepts.
