Lessons would be focused around the specific needs of the students. After getting to you know the student, I would tailor my style to work for them whether that be auditory focus visual learning or more task orientated. I would prepare based on the stage of education and the particular goal in mind but would ultimately let the session be led by the student and would aim to support them rather then directly replicate a teacher role.

Having had experience working as an assistant dance teacher, I am confident in adapting to a student's needs, balancing professionalism and enthusiasm and structuring session to work productively to goals such as showcases and exams. The variety of classes means I am prepared to be diverse in the sessions provide depending of the stage of education.

As someone who came to enjoy English studies later in school, I am prepared and understanding of the frustrations with this subject. I am comfortable with balancing enthusiasm with understanding and sympathy to create an environment that encourages the student and build confidence.
