What My Lessons Are Like: 25 Years of Mentorship and Academic Expertise

My lessons offer a unique blend of high-level academic rigor and supportive mentorship, refined over a 25-year teaching career that began in 2000. My background is distinguished by a PhD in Church History and an MA in Systematic Theology from Nigeria, complemented by a recent MA in International Management from the UK. Beyond the classroom, my long-standing role as an ordained Anglican Priest and Vicar has deeply shaped my pedagogy, allowing me to bring a level of patience, ethics, and profound emotional intelligence to my students.

I utilize an Interactive-Scaffolding format designed to build student confidence. Every session begins by bridging "knowledge gaps," ensuring a solid foundation before advancing. I employ the Socratic Method, I've, using guided inquiry to empower students to arrive at conclusions through their own critical thinking. I draw from my experience in the pulpit and the classroom to break high-level academic concepts, whether theological frameworks or UK management strategies into digestible, logical building blocks.
