Lessons will be tailored to student learning styles. May initially be a conversation and a few questions to gauge level and what needs to be worked on, then there will be a focus on tackling exam style questions through structured guidance and explanation.

Lessons will be tailored to student learning styles. May initially be a conversation and a few questions to gauge level and what needs to be worked on, then there will be a focus on tackling exam style questions through structured guidance and explanation.

Lesson format:

-Practise questions, talking— heavy emphasis on understanding individual student needs
-exam practise is vital for success in GCSE and understanding what criteria is assessed and what is required from the student.
-can offer general GCSE guidance support with proven qualifications for my experience: attained in my own GCSEs

Experience:

-one year of tutoring peers in both English literature and language GCSE with amazing results— grade improvement of 4+ grades!
-general passion for reading, critical analysis, everything to do with English GCSE
-highly aware of and familiar with mark scheme, and examiners reports for AQA specification.
