I have over 6 years experience in tutoring, from primary up until A-level. I tutor all sciences up to A-level and Maths. I have tutored at a company called Kip McGrath. Here I tutored upto and including GCSE Maths with the new number system. I have also privately tutored one on one, again up to GCSE and A- level. At Northampton High School I also took part in the number partners scheme where we used games in order to teach primary children addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Fun and enjoyable ways of learning which will make children remember things for a longer period of time. I believe past paper questions and doing questions is the best way to excel in maths. I use Teams as the online platform but am open to other platforms if the student is not familiar with it. Lessons will be tailored to each individual student and their needs. The first lesson will consist of an assessment for me to understand what topics need to be worked on. I have received a first class honours in Chemical engineering from Nottingham university and I am embarking on completing learning my PGCE.
