I blend Japanese culture, practical drills, and differentiated instruction to create lively, effective lessons. Instead of starting with grammar, I use real-life examples—often from films and dramas—so students can discover rules themselves, boosting curiosity and initiative.

With 12 years’ teaching experience across Hong Kong, Hokkaido (Japan), Macau, Shanghai, Shenzhen and in the UK at the University of Liverpool over the past year, I have taught students from primary Grade 1 to university seniors. I switch seamlessly between Chinese, English, and Japanese to suit different learning contexts and student needs.

I hold JLPT N1, Japanese Major Test Band 8, a Chinese Teacher Qualification Certificate, and IBDP teaching certification. My culturally rich, interactive lessons are suitable for learners of all ages—whether for exams, travel, work, or pure enjoyment.
