My format for teaching is mainly about being understandable to the students. In so doing, I use an interactive method where the manner of conversation that will go on will help draw home the salient points.
In addition, I also deploy images and diagrams to help give a mental picture of the topic being discussed.
Alternatively, based on the peculiar circumstances or demands of the person, I am willing to adapt to suit their needs or interests.
Above all, I use discernment and tactful questions to deduce from the student if a point I am teaching is being understood.
