Going through school, I was given the most positive experience both by my teachers and the musicians around me, and I aim to uphold the same high standards to which I was taught.

- 4 years in Alsager School's Orchestra and Jazz Band ensembles.

Piano/Keyboard
- Pit bands for Carrie and Spelling Bee (both as musical director and conductor).
- 3 years in function band, 'Guitar George', as musical director and arranger.
Vocals
- Musical director for Carrie, Spelling Bee, and soon to be Anything Goes and Come From Away!
- 2 years as Musical Director for Salford University's Theatre Company, 'Almost Famous'.
- Various one to one teaching experiences through musical directing.
- 3 years arranging vocal parts for 'Guitar George', wherein all members contribute backing and lead vocals.
- 15+ years experience in choirs.

- A very strong knowledge of the science of vocal teaching.



On the academic tutoring side of things, please find below my grades at both GCSE and A-Levels. I have a passion for teaching as seen by my above experiences in musical experience, and believe that my passion for it will transfer directly towards teaching academia.

- 80%+ mark achieved in every module.
- Winner of the Robin Dewhurst Arrangement award, an award given to notable arrangements from students. The award was actually invented so that they had something to award my historically high mark with!
