My Teaching Approach
I offer an engaging and exciting approach to learning that is based on active participation and tailored support. My sessions are designed to be interactive and fun, with a focus on helping students truly understand the material rather than just memorise it. I use a variety of activities, games, and real-time feedback to make sure students stay involved and confident throughout the lesson.

Although I’m new to tutoring, I am a Year 11 student predicted Grade 9s in all my GCSE subjects, including mathematics. This academic background gives me a solid understanding of the topics I teach, and I’m able to explain ideas in a clear, relatable way—especially to younger students. I know how challenging maths can sometimes feel, so my goal is always to make it accessible, supportive, and even enjoyable.

Each lesson typically begins with a short recap to revisit key concepts, followed by focused tasks or games that help build skills step-by-step. I adapt the pace and content based on the student’s level and learning style, and I give instant feedback to guide progress. At the end of each session, we reflect on what went well and what we’ll focus on next time.

I’m passionate about helping primary school pupils gain confidence in maths, build strong foundations, and develop a positive attitude toward learning. My lessons are not just about solving problems—they’re about helping students believe in their ability to succeed.
