I want to focus on the areas that students are having trouble with in class or in their own work. This means the majority of a session will be spent going through said material with them. This could mean following through on a recorded lecture, or working through a screen share of an environment. Whatever the student needs to succeed. I am aiming not just to give them the answers they need for A-Level, but to also set them up with an understanding of how to code and, more importantly, how to think whilst coding, that they will need in order to do the best they can. Hopefully this will encourage them to move forward with programming as their lives continue.

The most frequent problem people have with code is the lack of understanding of how to think about a problem. This is something I am here to help fix. I can walk you through step-by-step and ensure that I am there to help all the way, then I can test that knowledge as you build it up. We can then work on the areas in which you struggle, going as fast or slow as you require.

This is a perfect choice for you if you are currently sat in classes with no clue what the teacher or professor is talking about. Print? For statements? Stack Overflow Error? Don’t worry, I can help you through it. All it takes is a little bit of time to work through it all, as we figure out how to think logically, together.

In terms of guitar, I have performed in multiple bands, at many venues across the York / Leeds / Brighton area, headlining events as well as supporting fellow artists, and I come from a long line of musicians and actors. I will teach the correct techniques for you to excel in guitar, and if interested I can also bring knowledge of song-writing to sessions, for a variety of music genres.
