I have been tutoring for a year in school and am looking to expand to tutor more students! Lessons take a varied form with an emphasis on a student led approach. In a typical session I would try to understand what a student is struggling with currently, identify their method for attempting to solve questions, go through some practice questions together before allowing some independent practice. Finally, I may share some tips or tricks as to what I find helpful when tackling such problems. I really enjoy helping students to reach that Eureka moment where everything clicks for them. I believe I am patient and enthusiastic which helps me to support the student and also create a positive and beneficial experience for them.
