For content delivery, I would prepare a small powerpoint covering the topic, followed by example questions to try, ending with a few homework questions to reflect on and check understanding at the start of next lesson.
I would focus more on mastering key concepts than covering as much content as quickly as possible, as lack of understanding or comfort in an area can cause issues later.
For online tutoring, software such as WBO whiteboard, googlemeet/teams/zoom can be used to share screens and work on problems together. In-person, pencil and paper would be used.
I have experience in helping academic peers and family complete work or understand concepts, and have been happy and patient to spend time with others to help them learn. If one way of explaining doesn't click with them, I switch to another.
