I strive to create a fun and engaging learning environment. Whether you are a complete beginner of studying for a degree I can help. I provide a holistic approach to learning music to ensure students have the tools and skills to fully understand the instrument or subject.

I am an Instrumentalist, Educator, Composer and Arranger based in the North West of England. I moved to Liverpool to study at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA 1st Class BA HONS) and went on to achieve a Masters in Composition (Distinction) from the University of Salford. Studying under Dean Masser, Steve Berry, Paul Mitchel Davidson, Mike Smith and other luminaries of the British Jazz/Music scene has cultivated my diverse and wide ranging portfolio of projects, performances and given me a wide range of skills and knowledge suitable for anything the industry has to offer. I am a specialist in Composition, Arranging and Performance (Saxophone, Flute, Guitar, Mandolin) and happy to help with whatever tuition needs you may have and greatly enjoy teaching all levels.
