A completely FREE consultation is offered at the start so I can understand your goals, training history, and any injuries or limitations, and you can see if my coaching style is the right fit for you before committing.

My lessons are structured, evidence-based, and fully tailored to each individual. I specialise in delivering simple, effective strength and conditioning sessions using dumbbells and bodyweight training, making sessions accessible whether you are training at home or with limited equipment. Each session begins with a clear focus for the day, whether that is building strength, improving movement quality, increasing confidence with technique, or supporting rehabilitation goals.

During sessions, I provide clear coaching cues, live feedback on form, and step-by-step guidance to ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively. I place a strong emphasis on movement quality and injury prevention, drawing on my academic background in Sports Coaching (BSc Hons) and ongoing MSc studies in Sports Therapy, along with my practical experience in professional football rehabilitation environments.

Outside of live sessions, I can provide personalised workout plans, progressions, and simple guidance to help clients stay consistent between sessions. I also monitor progress over time and adjust programming based on how your body responds, ensuring you continue to improve without unnecessary risk of injury or overtraining.

My coaching style is supportive but structured. I aim to build not only physical strength but also confidence and independence in training, so you understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. Over time, the goal is for you to feel more capable, more consistent, and more in control of your own fitness journey.
