Teaching for me is like a cogwheel. A food correlation between two or more wheels enhances proficiency in a machine providing the best result in the end. A student, parent and I,the teacher are a working system of three individual cogwheel that work for the betterment of the system. I aim on working with a student one on one to figure out their weaknesses and start at a basic level. One where they are comfortable working with but at the same time providing a perfect result. I adapt easily to the need of a student and at the end of the day find a place that both suits our working relationship. I do give out personal exercises to a student at the begging of a lesson to figure out what areas they do lack English proficiency in. These tests that I accumulate over time help me in finding the areas they have weaknesses in and specialise in them more and more. By the end of our lessons I also keep track of the mistakes they have made and make sure they have perfected in them before our next lesson. A working relationship is best for me and my students so they can be free with me at any moment and talk to me about their wants and needs cause at the end of the day,focusing on wha they achieve is more important than personal glory.
