My lessons are individually tailored to the needs, goals, and learning style of each student. I understand that every learner is different. Some students want to improve their speaking confidence, while others need support with grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or exam preparation. For this reason, I do not use a one-size-fits-all method.
At the beginning of our lessons, I carefully assess the student’s current English level. I do this through simple conversation, short exercises, and guided questions. This helps me understand their strengths and the areas where they need more support. I also take time to discuss their personal goals. Some students are preparing for school exams, language certificates, or job interviews. Others need English for business communication, travel, or everyday conversations. Understanding these goals helps me design lessons that are practical and relevant.
Based on this assessment, I create a structured but flexible learning plan. The structure ensures clear direction and steady progress. At the same time, flexibility allows us to adjust the focus whenever necessary. If a student needs more speaking practice or struggles with a grammar topic, we spend extra time strengthening that area until they feel confident.
The lessons take place online and are interactive. I combine grammar explanations, vocabulary building, conversation practice, reading texts, listening exercises, and writing tasks. I encourage active participation because students learn best when they speak regularly and apply what they learn immediately.
Regular feedback is an important part of my teaching approach. I monitor progress closely and correct mistakes in a supportive and encouraging way. My goal is not only to improve English skills but also to build strong, lasting confidence in speaking and writing naturally and independently.
